What happens to your data if you use our AI-powered features
Upmetrics sends some of the data you submit to third-party AI-processing services (like OpenAI) when you use our AI-powered features. But all the information we provide is anonymous, so all your data is safe with us.
To protect your privacy, the data you submit to Upmetrics’ AI-powered features can not be used to improve any third-party products.
Data of each of our customers is stored separately, so your information will never be used in another customer’s AI-powered suggestions when using our AI features.
Upmetrics and outside AI processing services may process the following when you utilize their AI-powered features:
- Your company name, Country, and Tagline.
- The data you entered for Upmetrics’ Pitch and Plan features
- Industry type and Legal formation type
Your interactions with AI-powered features are recorded by Upmetrics and utilized to process your requests.
Upmetrics never sell customer information or gives data to third parties to better market their products to you.
How do I opt-in?
Upmetrics’ AI Assistant is available for premium accounts, so as soon as you start using AI Assistant features through the premium subscription, you will opt-in.
All the data collected by Upmetrics will be treated the same way as mentioned in our terms & policies.
