B. Details Required to Process Your Refund:
To validate your claim and process your refund request smoothly, you must provide us with the following details:
- Your full name and registered email address are associated with your Upmetrics account.
- Your purchase details, including the plan type and payment date.
- A brief reason for requesting the refund.
C. Refund Policy:
- The Money Back Guarantee is valid only for the first payment you make for your Upmetrics plan.
- Refunds do not apply to subsequent recurring payments or renewals after the initial purchase.
D. After the 15-Day Guarantee Period:
If your 15-day window has passed, here’s how credits work:
- Switching from Yearly to Monthly:
If you choose to change/ downgrade your subscription from yearly to monthly, we’ll issue a credit for the unused period on a prorated basis to your Upmetrics account. This credit can be used for future subscription renewals. - Removing Add-ons:
If you remove any add-ons (e.g., Workspaces or Member Add-ons) during your subscription period, you’ll receive a prorated credit for the unused time. This credit will be applied to your future subscription renewals.
E. Plan Cancellation:
- If you cancel your subscription before the end of your current billing period, your cancellation will be scheduled automatically. This means you can continue using your plan until the end of the billing period and still have time to access and download your data.
Any charges that you incur in contacting us about the Offer are your responsibility.
